Processing and delivery
Available fulfillment methods, timing, and destination eligibility are confirmed directly before an order is finalized. Purchasers are responsible for accurate delivery information and applicable local import rules.
Damage or incorrect materials
Report an incorrect, damaged, or defective item within seven calendar days of receipt. Include the order reference, package condition, lot information, and clear photographs where applicable.
Returns
Due to controlled storage and handling requirements, returns are limited and require prior authorization. Opened, mishandled, or temperature-compromised materials are generally not eligible.
